PHILADELPHIA, PA − September 9, 2026 – Senator Sharif Street (PA-3) is proud to announce $10,625,368 in funding approved by the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD) that include initiatives to support public safety, victim services, and community-based programs across the Commonwealth through Federal Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) Funds.
“Every victim of crime deserves access to the resources and support they need. The Federal Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) funding provides critical resources to organizations serving survivors and families across our communities,” said Senator Sharif Street. “I commend PCCD and the organizations receiving these funds for their commitment to victim services and community safety. These investments encourage healing in our communities, support survivors, and ensure that all those impacted are not left to navigate the aftermath of crime alone. I will continue advocating for the resources needed to support victims, empower survivors, and build a safer Pennsylvania.”
